Protect your concrete and block from the slow deterioration caused by water. Triangle Caulking provides full waterproofing services for structures including parking decks, water retaining structures, wastewater treatment facilities, and concrete tanks and tunnels.
Waterproofing protects your structure from difficult weather, hot and humid summers, freezing winters, and other conditions, such as vehicle emissions. Our team uses the latest techniques to make sure your waterproofing holds up, whether it’s at or below grade.
We can apply waterproofing as an unreinforced application or reinforced system, using primers, a filled waterproofing layer, surfacing, and a finish layer to protect your structure against rainfall and temperature changes without damage.
Depending on the application Grace, Henry, WR Meadows, and Tremco Companies are proudly installed per the manufacturer’s specifications. We are certified with all the manufacturers listed.
Caulking is an important part of securing your building or structure from the elements. Triangle Caulking & Waterproofing provides interior and exterior caulking services for old buildings and new.
Make your structure watertight and airtight by caulking:
For the best protection, caulking should be done about every 10 years. Be sure to check your facility for signs of wear and tear on the caulk, such as cracks or shrinkage.
Cutout and Recualking
Triangle Caulking & Waterproofing can also handle your repair job, cutting out old, crumbling materials and replacing it with a fresh seal.
We use expoxy, urethane, and silicone caulking products from the following vendors and more: Pecora, Tremco, Sonneborn, Sika.
Everything moves, even concrete. Keep your structures sound from earthquakes and changing temperatures with expansion joint systems. Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing can help with every step of the expansion joint process, from start to seal.
Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing has installed expansion joint systems on buildings, bridges, sidewalks, parking decks, and more. Whether it’s installing a long expansion joint or cutting joints into concrete, we can help with your joint project.
We are a certified MM Systems Installer.
Protect your building or structure from the inside out with fire spraying. Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing provides fire spraying services for your firewalls.
We can help prevent fire from spreading throughout the structure with the proper application of fire spraying for one-hour, two-hour, or three-hour walls. We frequently use Hilti fire caulk No. 3, which allows for maximum movement, but can use any product your contractor prefers.
Brick is beautiful, but it’s also full of holes. Bricks and mortar absorb water easily, even before they are old enough to develop cracking. Seal your brick structure to make it last, preventing water leaks and plant growth.
Choosing the right material for to seal your brick is important; some materials can do more harm than good. Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing works with both film forming sealants and penetrating water repellents.
We know preparation is often the most important step in any project and our crew will make sure any previous sealants are either removed or are compatible with the new layer. Keep your building dry and beautiful for decades by applying brick sealants.
There’s nothing like a hole in the ground as a good place for water to gather. Like anything else below grade, elevator pits need to be dry. Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing can help with your elevator pit project, offering full-service work, including installing sump pumps, chipping and patching, and the waterproofing application.
We work with but are happy to use the product specified by your contractor.
Damp proofing provides a barrier between your cinderblock or brick wall and the building’s interior. Damp proofing will keep out soil moisture, preventing it from entering interior spaces.
Triangle Caulking and Waterproofing can help with your damp proofing project, either spraying asphalt-based products or applying by hand to the wall. We use multi-purpose, weather resistant, breathable and vapor barriers, either fibered or non-fibered.
It’s important to note that damp proofing is not the same as waterproofing. Damp proofing retards water, but will not provide the same protection as waterproofing to keep water out. Our team knows the difference and can recommend one or the other based on your project.
